The National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Microorganisms (NBAIM) organized a skill development program for farmers in Basar, Arunachal Pradesh, on December 27th. The event focused on the applications and benefits of microbial inputs for soil and plant health, including demonstrations of bioformulations and vermicomposting techniques. Irrigation pipes and vermibeds were distributed, and over 120 farmers attended. A similar program was held on December 26th for farmers in West Siang and Siang districts.
