Soumya Pillai Named Journalist of the Year at 10th IIMCAA Awards

The Indian Institute of Mass Communication Alumni Association (IIMCAA) announced the winners of its 10th annual awards during the 14th Connections Meet in Delhi. Soumya Pillai was named Journalist of the Year. Other recipients included Laxmi Devi Aere (Agriculture Reporter), Safeena Wani (Reporter of the Year - Publishing), Medha Yadav (Reporter of the Year - Broadcast), and Mohammad Asad (Producer of the Year - Broadcast). Special mentions and lifetime achievement awards were also presented, alongside honors for alumni and professionals in advertising and public relations.
