
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav released 53 gharials and 33 turtles, including threestriped roofed and Indian flapshelled turtles, into the Kuno River at Kuno National Park in Sheopur. The release, part of biodiversity conservation efforts under the National Chambal Sanctuary, aims to support endangered aquatic species crucial for ecological balance. Yadav also noted the state's progress in wildlife conservation, highlighting the increase in cheetah population at Kuno.
