
Construction has begun on four new public libraries in Mohali's Sectors 77, 78, 79, and 80, aiming to foster reading habits among residents, particularly youth and children. The Punjab Government has allocated Rs 1.4 crore for the project, with each library costing approximately Rs 35 lakh. These facilities, designed as knowledge hubs, will feature modern infrastructure and are expected to be completed within three months.
