Munni Bai, a pregnant woman in labour, was transported to Raisen district hospital by a Janani Express ambulance but was left at the hospital gate by the driver. While her husband was inside for registration, she delivered a baby girl outside around 3:15 AM. Hospital staff promptly assisted and admitted both mother and newborn, who are stable. Officials noted the driver’s responsibility to assist admission and plan to seek action from the ambulance service operator.
