
The Delhi State Cancer Institute (DSCI) plans to expand its 'PANKH' initiative, aiming to increase cancer awareness among school children. The program, which educates students on prevention, early detection, and healthy lifestyles, currently reaches over a dozen schools and aims to cover 25-30 schools annually. Conceived by Dr. Pankaj Tyagi and implemented by Ranjana Kumari, the initiative has successfully educated thousands of students. DSCI Director Dr. Vinod Kumar highlighted the program's role in securing a healthier future for the nation.
