Vice President Launches Drug-Free Campus Campaign at Delhi University

Vice President CP Radhakrishnan inaugurated the Drug-Free Campus Campaign at Delhi University, launching an e-pledge platform and mobile app under the Nasha Mukt Parisar Abhiyaan to encourage students nationwide to commit to drug-free campuses. The campaign highlights drug abuse as a public health, social, and national security concern linked to narco-terrorism. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and other officials emphasized collective efforts to promote healthy lifestyles and integrate the initiative across central universities, with additional programs like yoga and meditation supporting youth well-being.
