Four Uttar Pradesh Tourists Missing Near Pangong Lake Rescued in Ladakh

Four young men from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, went missing near Pangong Lake in Ladakh on January 9 after losing their way while returning from a trip. They mistakenly took the Leh-Manali road, closed due to heavy snowfall, and were stranded in sub-zero temperatures. A coordinated search operation located them in a hut about 20 km from their abandoned vehicle, which had a minor accident. The tourists were rescued in stable condition after spending two nights using their vehicle's heating before fuel ran out.
