Thousands of devotees braved dense fog and cold to celebrate the birth anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh and the martyrdom day of the Sahibzadas at the Golden Temple. The holy shrine was illuminated, with Gurbani kirtan performed. Due to the coinciding observances, celebrations were marked by simplicity, with no fireworks and a special langar prepared. A religious procession was also held.
