Zebra Population at Bannerghatta Biological Park Rises to 10 with Two New Foals

Bannerghatta Biological Park in Bengaluru has reported an increase in its zebra population to 10 with the birth of two female foals. Zebra Kokila and Zebra Kaveri gave birth in January 2026, and the newborns, which have brown stripes that will darken over time, are being closely monitored by veterinary staff. Visitors to the park can view the new foals alongside the existing zebras.
