NITI Aayog and UNICEF India Partner to Enhance Nutrition in Aspirational Districts

NITI Aayog and UNICEF India have signed a Statement of Intent to collaborate on improving maternal and child nutrition in underserved aspirational districts and blocks. The partnership aims to enhance multi-stakeholder engagement, strengthen implementation systems at the block level, and improve Anganwadi infrastructure and nutrition literacy. UNICEF will provide technical expertise and facilitate corporate social responsibility investments through its IMPAct4Nutrition platform to support nutrition-focused initiatives and frontline worker capacity building.
