
The annual Jaggalagi festival in Hubballi will feature a public procession on Thursday, highlighting the leather-working community's cultural heritage. The event, organized by the Dalit Labour Unorganised Union and other groups, includes 60 troupes from Karnataka and neighboring states. The procession will begin at Moorusavira Math in the afternoon, with Union Minister Prahlad Joshi inaugurating it. Participants will perform traditional dances and music, honoring historical figures like Sangolli Rayanna and B.R. Ambedkar.
