Kannur District Wins 64th Kerala School Kalolsavam Gold Cup in Thrissur

Kannur district won the gold cup at the 64th Kerala School Kalolsavam, Asia's largest school arts festival held in Thrissur, scoring 1,028 points. Thrissur and Kozhikode followed closely. In the individual school category, BSS Gurukulam Higher Secondary School from Palakkad topped the rankings. Actor Mohanlal, who presented the awards, highlighted the festival's cultural significance and its role in nurturing talents for Malayalam cinema. The event featured popular competitions like Group Dance and Drama, attracting large audiences.
