Granddaughter of Late Ranbir Sena Chief Aakanksha Singh Clears UPSC Exam

Aakanksha Singh, granddaughter of the late Ranbir Sena chief Brahmeshwar Mukhiya, secured the 301st rank in the 2025 UPSC Civil Services Examination, qualifying for the Indian Police Service. She studied English at Harprasad Das Jain College and prepared for the exam in Patna, clearing it on her second attempt. Mukhiya, a controversial figure involved in Bihar's caste conflicts, was killed in 2012. Aakanksha credits her success to hard work and expresses pride in fulfilling her grandfather's wish for a family member to pass the UPSC.
