
Resident doctors in Madhya Pradesh protested the delay in implementing the Consumer Price Index (CPI)-based stipend revision for the 2025-26 academic session. Protests included wearing black badges and ribbons at medical colleges in Bhopal and Indore, led by the Junior Doctors Association. While continuing medical services, doctors demanded the government release revised stipends and arrears. They plan a Justice March statewide and may boycott elective services if the issue remains unresolved.
