Men in Sheikh Attire at Har Ki Pauri Spark Investigation and Calls for Restricted Ghat Access

Two young men, Naveen Kumar and Prince, from Haridwar were arrested in Uttarakhand for filming a YouTube video at Har Ki Pauri while wearing 'sheikh' attire. They initially identified themselves as Dubai residents Habibullah and Habibi. After apologizing for hurting religious sentiments, they were released. The incident has reignited calls from Hindu groups and the Ganga Sabha to declare Ganga ghats in the Kumbh Mela area as non-Hindu restricted zones, a demand the Uttarakhand government is considering.
