Two Youths Killed in Accident While Carrying Shiv Jyot on Pune-Mumbai Highway

Two youths, Omkar Datta Arade and Darshan Balu Shinde from Shindewadi village in Maval taluka, died in a late-night accident on the old Pune-Mumbai highway while carrying the Shiv Jyot during Shiv Jayanti celebrations. A speeding car reportedly lost control, crossed the divider, and struck them near Naigaon around 1:30 am. The incident has caused mourning in the community, with police investigating and action initiated against the driver.
