In Madhya Pradesh's Dhar district, a monkey attacked five people, including Naib Tehsildar Sahdev More and a PWD sub-divisional officer, over two days in Badnawar. More sustained serious hand injuries and was referred to Ratlam for treatment, while others received care locally. Forest officials captured the monkey after a nearly two-hour operation by luring it into a cage with bananas. The animal will be relocated to a safe area to prevent further incidents.
