A 48-year-old man named Prakash was critically injured after a wild elephant attacked him near Dally in Kulathupuzha, Kerala, in the early hours of Thursday. The elephant reportedly grabbed him with its trunk and tried to trample him. Locals intervened to drive the elephant away and took Prakash to a hospital.
