PM-Kisan 22nd Installment Expected by March 2026; e-KYC Completion Mandatory

The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme provides eligible farmers Rs 6,000 annually in three installments of Rs 2,000 each via direct bank transfers. The 22nd installment is expected around late February to March 2026, coinciding with Holi. Completion of Aadhaar-seeded bank account verification and mandatory e-KYC is required to receive payments. Farmers are urged to complete e-KYC online or at CSC centers to avoid delays. Creating a Farmer ID is also becoming mandatory for transparency and continued benefits.
