The Anjaw Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) recently conducted two training programs in Hayuliang focused on enhancing agricultural livelihoods. One program trained 25 participants on scientific plum and pomegranate cultivation, distributing 1,000 saplings to local farmers. Another five-day vocational training emphasized sustainable agriculture, waste recycling, mushroom cultivation, and value addition of local fruits, aiming to promote rural entrepreneurship and eco-friendly practices among women self-help groups and farmers.
