
The Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) is set to hold elections on January 16, following Supreme Court directives to form a new body within 12 weeks. An Electoral Officer, former CEC A.K. Jyoti, is overseeing the process. Authorized representatives from 21 clubs will vote, replacing the BCCI-appointed subcommittee which included BJP leaders and a former cricketer.
