During pregame festivities for the Armed Forces Bowl in Fort Worth, Texas, a parachutist from the All Veteran Group became entangled in goalpost netting while carrying a U.S. Navy flag. The parachutist fell approximately 30-35 feet but was able to walk away unharmed. No spectators were injured, and the incident did not delay the start of the game between Texas State and Rice.
