Manchester Originals have rebranded as Manchester Super Giants ahead of the 2026 Hundred season, with key signings including Indian batter Smriti Mandhana and Australian captain Meg Lanning. Mandhana, a World Cup winner and former Southern Brave player, joins a squad featuring England internationals Jos Buttler and Sophie Ecclestone. The franchise also appointed Matthew Mott as women's head coach and Justin Langer for the men's team, under the oversight of Tom Moody. The rebranding follows RPSG Group acquiring a majority stake in the club.
