Lalit Modi is an Indian businessman and former cricket administrator, known as the founder of the Indian Premier League (IPL). He held various positions in cricket bodies, including BCCI Vice President. Modi was banned for life by the BCCI in 2013 for misconduct and financial irregularities. He is currently under investigation by the Enforcement Directorate and has been declared a fugitive. Modi is involved in his family's business, Modi Enterprises.
