Paras Dogra Leads Jammu and Kashmir to First Ranji Trophy Title After Previous Season's Setback

Paras Dogra led Jammu and Kashmir to their maiden Ranji Trophy title at the same ground where he debuted for India-A in 2013. After nearly quitting cricket years ago, Dogra was motivated by family support and coach Mithun Manhas. Coach Ajay Sharma credited last season's narrow quarterfinal loss to Kerala for inspiring the team to improve, reaching the semifinals for the first time and ultimately winning the championship in the 2025-26 season.
