Rishabh Pant may be dropped from the Indian ODI team for the upcoming series against New Zealand, according to a report. Despite being part of the squad for 18 months as backup, Pant has played only one ODI since his return from injury in 2024. The 27-year-old did not feature in any ODIs in 2025 despite being selected for several series and the Champions Trophy.
