Virat Kohli will play an additional Vijay Hazare Trophy match for Delhi against Railways on January 6 in Bengaluru, confirmed DDCA president Rohan Jaitley. This third appearance exceeds the BCCI's mandate for centrally contracted players to play at least two games. Kohli has been in strong form, scoring 131 and 77 in his previous matches, and also becoming the fastest to 16,000 List A runs. His participation aims to keep him match-ready for the upcoming ODI series against New Zealand.
