James Anderson Joins Napoli Knights as Captain and Co-Owner in Italia T10 League
James Anderson, England's leading wicket-taker, will captain and co-own the Napoli Knights in the inaugural Italia T10 League starting November 18 in Rome. This move follows his 25-year tenure with Lancashire, which ended recently. Alongside former teammate Luke Sutton, Anderson aims to extend his playing career and support cricket's development in Italy, where the sport is gaining recognition, including Olympic Committee interest. The league features six teams and international stars, promoting local talent through free matches and coaching clinics.
