The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking to sell two new Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchises for an annual fee of 1.3 billion Pakistani rupees each, with an auction scheduled for January 8. Approximately 12 parties, including five international bidders, have submitted initial documents. The PCB is also addressing the vacant Multan Sultans ownership, with former owners showing interest. To attract investors, the PCB guarantees a minimum distribution of 850 million rupees to each franchise from the central revenue pool for the next five seasons.
