Aman Mokhade Joins Elite List with 800+ Runs in Vijay Hazare Trophy Season

Vidarbha's Aman Mokhade became the third batter to score over 800 runs in a single Vijay Hazare Trophy season during the 2025-26 final against Saurashtra in Bengaluru. Mokhade reached 814 runs in 10 innings, matching Narayan Jagadeesan's record of five centuries in one edition. He joins Prithvi Shaw and Jagadeesan as the only players to surpass 800 runs in the tournament's history. Mokhade is also noted as the joint-fastest to 1,000 List A runs globally and the fastest Indian to reach this milestone.
