The award recognizes exceptional achievements in fields including sports. Suryavanshi's recognition follows his record-breaking 190-run innings for Bihar in domestic cricket. Attending the ceremony meant he missed a Vijay Hazare Trophy match and will miss the remainder of the tournament, but he is also set to join the India U-19 squad for an upcoming World Cup.
