4th Pangong Frozen Lake Marathon Held in Ladakh with International Participation

The 4th Pangong Frozen Lake Marathon took place over two days at an altitude of around 14,270 feet in Ladakh, featuring races of 42 km, 22 km, 10 km, and shorter distances. Approximately 460 runners from across India and abroad participated despite sub-zero temperatures. Organized by Thin Ice Adventures with support from the Ladakh administration, Indian Army, and other stakeholders, the event aimed to promote winter tourism and involved local communities and security personnel.
