Twelve Indian Super League (ISL) clubs have raised concerns over the All India Football Federation's (AIFF) financial handling of the ongoing season, alleging the federation will earn a surplus of approximately Rs 3.4 crore from broadcast rights despite clubs bearing all operational costs. The AIFF stated that the profit-sharing model, including a proposed 60-40 split favoring clubs, originated from club proposals. Disputes also include the AIFF's paywalled Request for Proposal (RFP) document and delays in league governance formation ahead of the season's start.
