
The Delhi Capitals have signed Australian all-rounder Alana King as a replacement for Annabel Sutherland, who has withdrawn from the Women's Premier League (WPL) 2026 season for personal reasons. King brings extensive international and domestic experience, having represented Australia in 79 matches across formats and taken 138 wickets in the Women's Big Bash League. She has previously played one game in the WPL for UP Warriorz. The Delhi Capitals begin their WPL 2026 campaign on January 10 against the Mumbai Indians.
