Pakistan Kabaddi Federation has indefinitely banned player Ubaidullah Rajput for representing an Indian team in a private tournament in Bahrain without a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Rajput, who wore an Indian jersey and waved the Indian flag, claims it was a misunderstanding and he was unaware the team was Indian. The federation cited flouting NOC rules as the primary reason for the ban, though Rajput has the right to appeal. Other Pakistani players also faced bans and fines for participating without NOCs.
