Ahead of the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, the Sports Authority of India (SAI) is installing container-like housing units at its Patiala and Bengaluru centers to acclimate athletes to the event's unconventional accommodation. Preparations, including athlete contingent finalization and logistics, are ongoing under Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya's oversight.
