Pakistan Test captain Shan Masood achieved a record-breaking double century in a first-class match in Karachi, scoring 212 off 185 balls. His innings, which included a 390-run partnership with Ali Zaryab, surpassed Virender Sehwag's 19-year-old record for the fastest first-class double century in Pakistan. Masood's century also broke the national record previously held by Inzamam-ul-Haq. This marks Masood's second first-class double hundred this year and fifth overall.
