Kashvee Gautam Returns to Indian Women's ODI Squad for Australia Tour

Kashvee Gautam, a 22-year-old medium-pacer from Chandigarh, has overcome a knee injury that sidelined her during last year's ODI World Cup preparations. After six months of rehabilitation, she earned a call-up to the Indian women's ODI team for the upcoming Australia tour starting February 15. Gautam, who became the most expensive uncapped player in the Women's Premier League history with a Rs 2 crore bid by Gujarat Giants in 2023, has played three ODIs for India and continues to compete in the WPL.
