The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced major reforms for the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), replacing the traditional player draft with an IPL-style auction system to enhance transparency and competitiveness. Franchise purse has increased from USD 1.3 million to USD 1.6 million. Teams can retain up to four players, limited to one per category, with mentor, brand ambassador, and right-to-match options removed. New teams Hyderabad and Sialkot may pre-select four players. Each franchise can directly sign one foreign player not in PSL 10. The PSL 11 will start on March 26, with Faisalabad added as a venue.
