Armand Duplantis Sets 15th Pole Vault World Record at Uppsala Meet

Swedish pole vaulter Armand Duplantis set a new world record by clearing 6.31 meters at the Mondo Classic indoor meet in Uppsala, marking the 15th time he has broken the record since 2020. Competing in front of his home crowd, Duplantis cleared previous heights on his first attempts before surpassing his own mark by one centimetre. He expressed pride in representing Sweden and noted the extra pressure of performing at home. Norway's Sondre Guttormsen finished second with a 6.00-meter vault.
