Indian Cricket Players Visit Pench Tiger Reserve Ahead of T20 Series vs New Zealand

Before the first T20 match against New Zealand in Nagpur, Indian cricket players including captain Suryakumar Yadav, Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan, Rinku Singh, and Ravi Bishnoi visited Pench Tiger Reserve for a jungle safari. They arrived in Seoni on Saturday night, toured the reserve in an open jeep on Monday morning, and spotted leopards and other wildlife but no tigers. The players interacted with fans and shared their experience on social media. Photographer Rituraj Rahi Jaiswal gifted Yadav a calendar featuring local wildlife photos. Yadav had previously visited the reserve in February 2025, which is also known for visits by Sachin Tendulkar and diverse fauna.
