Over 8,000 participants, aged eight to 80, joined the 'Run for Unity' marathon organized by Jammu and Kashmir Police in Jammu on Sunday. Flagged off by senior police officials, the event saw participation from students, sports bodies, police personnel, and citizens. Winners received cash prizes and certificates, while all participants got T-shirts and medals. Police stated the event aims to nurture talent and promote a healthy lifestyle through their civic action program.
