Penn State defeated Clemson 22-10 in a frigid Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium. Quarterback Beau Grunkemeyer threw two touchdown passes, including a 79-yarder to KeAndre Pena, who finished with 100 receiving yards and was named MVP. Despite cold and snowy conditions, Grunkemeyer set career bests in completions and attempts. Clemson's Cade Klubnik struggled, completing 22 of 39 passes for 193 yards and facing four sacks. Penn State concluded their season with four consecutive wins under interim coach Terry Smith.
