Former Olympian Anjum Saeed has been removed as manager for Pakistan's national hockey team for the upcoming FIH Pro League phase in Australia. The Pakistan Hockey Federation cited an incident of indiscipline in Brazil last month, where Saeed was reportedly detained by authorities after an argument with airline staff. While Saeed denies smoking, the federation concluded its inquiry and found him guilty of misconduct. Head coach Tahir Zaman will assume managerial duties for the tournament.
