Neeraj Chopra Starts Pre-Season Training in South Africa After MOC Approval

Neeraj Chopra has begun a 32-day pre-season training camp at Potchefstroom, South Africa, after receiving Rs 11.80 lakh approval from the Sports Ministry's Mission Olympic Cell. The camp, running until February 5, 2026, aims to improve his physical conditioning and technical consistency ahead of major events like the Asian and Commonwealth Games. Chopra reunited with his former coach Jai Chaudhary and is supported by physiotherapist Ishaan Marwaha, focusing on recovery from last year's injury and performance issues.
