Deepti Sharma has achieved multiple historic milestones in cricket. She became the first Indian, male or female, to take 150 wickets in T20 Internationals, and is now joint-highest wicket-taker in women's T20Is with 151 wickets, equaling Megan Schutt. Sharma also surpassed Ellyse Perry to become the third-highest wicket-taker in women's international cricket with 333 wickets. Additionally, she is the first cricketer globally to achieve 1,000 runs and 150 wickets in T20Is. These achievements occurred during India's third T20I win against Sri Lanka, where Renuka Singh also took four wickets.
