The Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026, scheduled for January 18, will feature extensive medical and environmental safety measures. Over 18 Advanced Cardiac Life Support ambulances, doctors on motorbikes, and multiple medical aid stations will be deployed to ensure rapid emergency response.
