BCCI Engages Zaheer Khan, Harbhajan Singh, and Anil Kumble for Specialist Bowling Camps

The BCCI has engaged former India cricketer Zaheer Khan to conduct a specialised fast-bowling camp at the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru from February 28 to March 2, aiming to develop the next generation of pace bowlers. Concurrently, the board has approached Harbhajan Singh and Anil Kumble to lead similar camps for off-spinners and wrist spinners, respectively. These initiatives, led by CoE head VVS Laxman, target promising players identified from age-group, first-class, and India A performances, with camps scheduled before the IPL to prepare prospects for senior-level cricket.
