Young Indian batter Sai Sudharsan has sustained a rib fracture during a Vijay Hazare Trophy match, likely sidelining him for six to eight weeks. The injury, a slender, undisplaced fracture of the seventh right rib, occurred during a diving run. Sudharsan has reported to the BCCI's Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru for rehabilitation, focusing on lower-body conditioning initially. While his participation in remaining domestic games is uncertain, he is expected to be fit for the Gujarat Titans in the upcoming IPL season.
